Thank you so much for committing to pray for Hope City Church. Here are this week’s prayer requests. Don’t miss the personal challenge at the end!

P R A I S E

FOR THE PRAYER TEAM!

Our goal was to have 100 people on our prayer team and we're at 129!

FOR THE GIVE HOPE CAMPAIGN!

Our goal was to raise $100,000 by launch day, and we haven’t just hit the goal. We’ve surpassed it!

Praise God for those of you who have been faithful to pray and give. He is doing exceedingly more than we could ever ask or imagine, and we're blessed to be along for the ride!

FOR AN OPPORTUNITY TO BLESS MELVINDALE HIGH SCHOOL!

This week the students head back to school, and some leaders will be on-site handing out ice cream.

Praise God for the opportunity to bless our new neighbors!

PRAY FOR THE ASK

Starting on September 4th at 7:00am, Sarah Shivley will lead a daily guided prayer time on our Hope City Youtube channel. You can click here to get more information about the event and see how you can participate.

Pray specifically for people in our church who feel like prayer is for someone else. Ask the Holy Spirit to draw them to this opportunity to speak with him and grow in prayer.

PRAY FOR MELVINDALE HIGH SCHOOL

“Let your light shine before others, so that they may see your good works and give glory to your Father who is in heaven.” - Matthew 5:16

Pray for the students to have a great year! And please ask the Lord to give Hope City opportunities to partner with the school to bring Hope to the students and staff. Finally, ask for our ice cream handout to be received as it is intended - a blessing with no strings attached.

If you're able to join live, then add it to your calendar every morning next week (Monday-Saturday) at 7:00am. If you can't make it live, then choose a time that works for you. Either way, put it on your calendar so you don't forget to pray.

Then, make the decision to come early (8:30am) on Sunday, September 10th to pray with us in person before our first Hope City service!
