Learn More About Teams

Joining a team is the perfect way to get connected (or reconnected!). When you join a team, you’ll serve others, build community, and use your gifts to make a difference. Whether it’s greeting, kids ministry, worship, tech, hospitality, or behind-the-scenes help, there’s a place for everyone to get involved.

  • Kids (Birth-5th grade)

    From checking-in families, playing with babies, helping in a small group classroom, to leading large group worship, come use your gifts to help kids follow Jesus, together. Our team will equip and train you!

  • YTH (6th-12th grade)

    Invest in students from 6th-12th grade with Hope City YTH. From leading small groups to helping with large events, our student team will train you in everything you need to know.

  • Guest Services

    Be the first to welcome guests with a friendly smile, help provide hot coffee and snacks in the lobby, prepare and serve communion or simply connect with guests.

  • Band

    Do you play an instrument or sing? If you play the guitar, bass, drums or keyboard, let us know.

  • Production

    Operate cameras, lights, screens, and sound to help create an atmosphere where people can experience God and find Hope. No experience required; we will train you.

  • Administrative

    Assist staff with projects and administrative tasks, as well as preparation for the weekend experiences. Phone calls, data entry, computer work, organizing, etc.

  • Facilities

    It’s not just fixing toilets :) Want to help us take care of our facilities so we can use them to reach people for Christ! All trades, maintenance, landscaping, or cleaning; any skill level let us know.

  • Safety

    If you like to help keep others safe let us know. Security and medical experience is a bonus, but not necessary.
